Terms and Conditions:*	TERMS & CONDITIONS � BRIDGESTONE SLOGAN CONTEST � This Contest is valid from 6th April to 5th May, 2011, midnight in India only for the end � consumers of above 18 years of age. � Participation in this contest is purely Voluntary at the option of the end � consumer. � For every purchase of 4(four) Bridgestone tyres from any of our Authorized Dealers listed in our website www.bridgestone.co.in, the purchaser will get an assured gift of Mumbai Indians T-shirt and an opportunity to participate in the contest for completing a slogan on Bridgestone. The slogan has to be less than 30(Thirty) characters in length. All sections of the Contest Form must be completed � The 10(Ten) best slogans based on originality and/or creativity will be declared winners and will get a chance to meet the Mumbai Indians players and watch their 1 (one) match live in India as decided by Bridgestone India which shall be referred to as �prize� henceforth. � No participation fee is required to be paid in the Contest � Participant must ensure that complete Slogan Contest Form is returned to the dealer before leaving the dealer�s shop after the purchase. Bridgestone India shall not be responsible for delayed, lost, mutilated, incomplete, or illegible entries. � The selection and announcement of winners of the Contest will be decided by selection team specially constituted by Bridgestone India for this contest, whose decision will be final & binding for all concerned. No communication or objection shall be entertained in this regard. � The names of the winners declared by the selection team will be intimated at the contact details is provided by them in the Contest Form. However, there shall be no liability on Bridgestone India in the event such intimation does not reach winners on any account whatsoever � The winners shall have 3(Three) days from the date of notification of their selection to respond at the notified place with a copy of a passport-sized photograph, ID Proof, age & address proof issued by a competent authority. � Prize will be held on certain fixed dates only. In case the winner is not able to make him/her available on the schedule dates and time pertaining to prize, Bridgestone India is not liable to make any alternate arrangements or any alternate redemption for the prize. � Prize is non-transferable, non-substitute. No other person or agent can claim the prize on behalf of the winner. Bridgestone India reserves the right to substitute a suitable prize of similar value in the event any prize originally specified is not available for whatsoever reason. � Bridgestone India will bear the cost of travel and stay for all winners of prize. All travel arrangements relating to the prizes are subject to availability, as determined in Bridgestone India�s sole discretion. Bridgestone India shall not be liable in any manner, whatsoever, for the procurement of Passport/Visa, as the case may be, for the winners and further, shall not be liable to bear any other cost accruing to the winners for the same including local travel. � Bridgestone India shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to the unavailability of Mumbai Indians players or delay, postponement, cancellation of match for any reason and shall not be liable to pay any amount as compensation or otherwise for any such loss. Bridgestone India is not liable for any loss or damage, whatsoever, which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury, which is suffered or sustained through participation in this contest as a result of accepting the prize. The prize offered is subject to force majeure conditions. � The contest cannot be clubbed with any other offer. � By participating in this contest, every participant agrees to allow the use of his or her details, photographs, slogans submitted or advertising or similar promotions, without demanding any compensation. Copyright of participated slogan�s will belong to Bridgestone India. � Employees of Bridgestone India, Its Affiliates, any of its channel partners, distributors, dealers, vendors, suppliers and any other agency involved in the contest and their immediate families are ineligible for this contest. � The contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including tax laws and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent Court/s at Mumbai. � Participation in this Contest implies acceptance of all the terms & conditions of the Contest. � Bridgestone India reserves the right to amend, withdraw or revise these conditions and the prize at any time, without notice and reason such an event Bridgestone India shall not have any liability whatsoever.
